So we just handwave every death of NON-combatants in this "war zone?"
I mean, hell, even I'll admit that in any war we are going to have some collateral damage. But the proper response is to REGRET the collateral damage, maybe even try harder going forward to do better at limiting it.
Not say: "OH WELL THEM'S THE BREAKS!" and just keep on bombing willy-nilly.
