You see, people keep saying those exist in the millions, absolute hordes that have taken over the cities and suburbs and do nothing but collect welfare. This keeps bringing questions to mind:
1) Where are these hordes? Why do I keep not encountering anyone who no longer has an incentive to work? 2) How are they getting by on $350/month, at best?
