I love that what it takes to get conservatives happy is winning back the governorship of Virginia... a state that, just a decade ago, they'd have never thought they'd have to fight for.
And yet, the one race this past week which mattered most to conservatives-- NY-23-- was a total loss for them. Thanks to their antics, they helped turn over a district that'd been safe for the GOP since the Civil War over to a Democrat. So apparently the goal of the conservative tea party movement is... to increase the Democratic majority in Congress? Kudos.
