NPR interviewed a GOP strategist this morning, and neglected to ask him about the fact that the american people voted to INCREASE the Dem's majority in the house by one, and maintained the dem seat. I was yelling at the radio.
Yeah, I was reading the Chicago Sun-Times' wrap-up of the elections yesterday, and no mention of the Dem wins was made until the fifth paragraph or so, even NY23.
I thought the first cartoon was the Republicans standing in the way of the people being loaded in the ambulances getting the help they need. I saw the Tienamen parallel but thought that was just an error
