The second cartoon is cute. Except that there should also be an elephant in the corner asleep, oblivious and uninterested to what is happening around him.

The first cartoon is misleading... if only because it doesn't note that it was conservatives who blocked that attempt. All these Republicans and conservatives rhetorically rallying around Medicare (while somehow simultaneously ranting against gov't involvement in healthcare?!) is just a cynical attempt to rally elderly voters against reforms.

The third cartoon is equally misleading because what the healthcare reform bill(s) would do is actually help taxpayers get the level of options and coverage that lawmakers already have.

It's funny because currently it's the insurance companies which get to decide if you're going to get better or not.

It's also funny because conservative "cartoonists" seem unable to draw Obama's ears without making it look like he's about to take flight. And don't even get me started on how they draw his face. It's obvious this guy can draw faces, the guy on the left seems ok enough, why does he have so much trouble drawing a black guy? And look at Obama's body: guy on left's body; looks normal. Obama's body; looks like it was drawn by a drunk 3rd grader with carpal tunnel.
