You do realize it wasn't that long ago that he was in office. Things don't reset once a new President takes over.

Oh no honey... I expected change immediately... The One promised me and all these other people who voted for him.

THIS IS NOT THE CHANGE I ASKED FOR!!!

;)

Ugh. You're one of those are you? Not one of his supporters I mean one of those really butt-burned conservatives.

I'm kind of in the middle... I voted for McCain to balance the house and senate.. now things are getting weird with everybody attacking everybody with a differing opinion..

am I one of those? I guess you can say so.. but I'm not saying butt burnt.. just eyes opened and listening now.

Oh. Your eyes were closed a year ago? Welcome to the world with feet of clay.

It's funny, the only people I hear saying this are the ones who didn't vote for him. Perhaps you weren't paying attention?

Did you vote for him? No? Then you didn't ask for change.

looool you can not possibly be serious.

It takes time to break capitalism.
It takes time to fix it.

Economies don't turn on a dime.

Best I can tell, the current debt bubble we're kicking along goes back to the S&L crisis of 1988, caused by dereguation to juice the economy after diastrous price controls instituted during the mid-1960's. We've pretty much been limping from one crisis to the next once the rest of the world got over WWII.

But enough about our country. Why don't we talk about your country? Your industrial sector's actually doing OK, right? All we get in the news is the tacky sex scandal. Berlusconi uses his crotch like Cheney uses a gun. Everything all peaches and light in he libertarian, low tax, small government utopia of Italy?
