What's really stupid about it is that the government now owns large chunks of various businesses but doesn't have the cojones to actually tell the fucks who got the damn businesses waist deep in the shit in the first fucking place to straighten up and fly right.

Democrats have a long, LONG way to go to catch up to the awesomeness that is the Republican scandal machine. Even with Fox News reporting every single Republican who gets caught out as a Democrat.

Ugh, NPR has an awesome show where I used to live: The Benjamin Franklin Hour. One episode, geez, way back in October or something, dealt with this. Benny thought banks should be completely private, have no federal insurance, and be allowed to fail. If your bank failed and lost your money, sorry.
