I always wondered what happened to the people who drew Beavis and Butthead.

I have to laugh at the going back to graduate school as a lot of my colleagues are starting to do that.

Almost makes me feel bad....I like my job, electronics and computers have always been fun to me, and I'm going to school without any loans...am I supposed to feel guilty now?

Nah, not really, since I pay part of my own tuition, for my own tools of the trade for both work and school, and my son is autistic and we have to pay for his extra therapies, I'm twice lucky. I think last year I ended up only having to contribute 5% of my income to the government's bailouts of the craptastic banks running on craptastic conservative policies.

But hey, not everyone is learning a trade not in demand....I'll end up with a degree in Electrical Engineering, that's actually a useful degree! And without loans and welfare, even! Man, I must be one of those nasty non-conformists or something.

Ih, well, I guess I'll just have to live with it.

Yep. Hate my country. That's why I served in the military. And I actually paid my taxes, deductions and all. And I volunteer at my son's school. And their PTA. Oh, and I must be an America hater, since I'm pre-registered as an emergency responder in case of disaster. 'Cause I hate my country and all, for following the rules and reading the forms and all the stuff I'm supposed to do. Yep, America hater.

Friendly sarcasm, no one loses. It's all fun. Mocking sarcasm (see responses to just about any post from [livejournal.com profile] reality_hammer or [livejournal.com profile] jlc20thmaine for examples) is loser-based.

*Snicker* Tell ya what, lets let 'em form their own country. THAT one I'll gladly hate.

Nah, we both caught the sarcasm boat, it was just different boats. Kinda ended up a collision at sea or something...

NOTE: This response is more about snarking at the NeoCons who like to say anyone who supports most of the social programs, economic regulation reform, Bush-bashing, and torture prosecutions like I do is an America hater. Yes, I'm making fun of the wingnuts again.
