This is, of course, a classic case of picking worst-case scenarios. Pick one bill proposed by women, supported by Congresswomen, and LOOK, there are women in the background! Select a bill that women do not support, proposed and passed by Congressmen and WOW, men in the background.

The differences between Bush and Obama are self-evident, they don't need spin and propaganda to show through. I'd hoped that Obama supporters would be above it.

I don't think it's supposed to surprise anyone that an arguably anti-woman bill that limits women's authority over their own bodies would be pushed through by mostly men whilst legislation designed to stop gender inequality would have a lot more female support.

It's supposed to be suggestive of a difference in the type of policy supported by Bush and Obama.
