This is one of the lamer Obama cartoons I've seen. It might be better if it made any sense: It's not like Obama ousted Bush. Time did that.

I like it because it doesn't suggest Obama is some kind of superhero. He just happens to be the only person nearby who thought to use the Heimlich (as opposed to cheering and waving the stars and bars while the guy chokes to death).
