How does turning away Medicaid money sabotage the ACA? The ACA is primarily a neocon scheme to boost insurance industry profits by jamming private health insurance down our throats at an astronomical price. If a state wanted to sabotage it, they'd be eager to expand Medicaid. (Which is exactly why Jan Brewer fought her own party to expand Medicaid in Arizona — to protect the working poor from being forced to buy health insurance they can't afford to use.)
