I don't want to start a big flamey thread on "Why Hardblue would be a bad moderator," and I'm not sure why you're so keen on dredging up drama along that line. Suffice it to say that there are plenty of good reasons to prefer the others mentioned.

I don't particularly care what I'm called, as long as it's accurate. Calling me a "militant liberal" makes absolutely no sense. Many people make that mistake, but it seems that their only basis for putting me in that category is that I frequently attack conservative positions. What they don't seem to recognize is that the only reason I attack those conservative positions is that the conservative positions I attack are themselves idiotic.
