I don't doubt you work hard. I'm just curious and not saying this a solution, if health insurance so important for you, why don't you work for a corporation? Here is an interesting fact - I always had an health insurance even when I didn't work, I was buying it and it was absolutely affordable. Now, when I have a pretty descent job, but couldn't afford it on my own. But let try to figure out what happen in between.
