I'll take care to remember that all these businesses did it all by themselves when I choose to pay a little less and go to wal-mart instead :P No really, I worked for a very small internet based company that competed effectively with the big boys and the only reason we were (still are) successful is because of the client base and how we cater to them. I remember this every time I hit up a local business and get treated poorly (looking at you sexist gun shop, you suck!).
