I think he's only declared bankruptcy 4 times; on the other hand, he's really good at duping people into investing in his schemes, so that could be a good trait to have if your country relies on convincing foreigners to buy its debt.
If there was anything worthwhile to him I'd actually agree and say this was a cheap shot. However, he hasn't really put forth anything decent related to policy and all he's been harping on was the birther nonsense. He's not a decent candidate, so he doesn't deserve better coverage or respect of any sort.
I don't care who the hell it is or how inane they are. it's no different to me than sticking up for 2livecrew on 1st amendment principle. Making fun of someone's looks is cheap an childish.
