Obama defended the use of the new full-body scanners, while public opinion is starting to turn against the use of the new machines. And security expert Bruce Schneier claims that the new machines won’t catch anybody. In fact, even the manufacturers of the machines say that they would not have caught the underwear bomber, even though that incident is the reason being given for the new machines.

Can someone please tell me why a person would bother trying to bomb a plane from within the United States anyway? It seems to me their would be much easier ways to perform acts of terrorism if you are already in this country than to bother with the airlines. Rent a boat, find a cruise ship, boom. Pack a backpack head to a mall, boom. Grab a car, drive to heavily used bridge, boom. I'm so sick of this shit. Manual groin checks are probably more effective at finding groin hidden objects, so if you want to hide something in your whatchamacallit, just go through the scanner.

This is technology which the folks down at Israel's most secure airport consider useless overpriced and too humiliating.
