It's a US soldier speaking out against the war. For some reason, the person who uploaded it (not the guy in the video) seems to think he is talking about the New World Order, which is pretty silly, because you don't need a New World Order to have endless wars, forever— all you need is greed. Either way, the content is pretty moving.
The funny part is that we're in an endless war, LOL!
