Ok, I checked out the first link and I laughed so hard it hurt. I'll give you that one! Joel has an army! According to the Wiki link it's actually a bunch of people waiting around for the end of the world. That hardly constitutes a militia. However, he did kick and punch some of his practitioners believing himself moved by the holy spirit. One of them even lost a tooth!
As for the second link, I couldn't really understand him with his disguised voice, so I checked out his website, which has no mention whatsoever about any religious affiliation whatsoever. In fact he appears to be a little to vehemently opposed to injustice.
