This reminds me of a real sign that was in Plano, TX at the intersection of the Dallas North Tollway and President George Bush Freeway. It showed Osama Bin Laden with flames behind it and it said "THEY WANT TO KILL YOU!". The sign was an ad for the local conservative radio station 570AM KLIF. The sign came across as an absurd way to advertise a radio station.
