It's a community on cartoons. Nothing's supposed to be serious. I don't discourage rational/intelligent discussion but it isn't required here. If that's what you're looking for, look elsewhere.

Not having rules of engagement insures that rational/intelligent discussion will rarely take place. That is self evident.
