The tenth woman to accuse Bob Filner of sexually harassing her came forward Sunday morning. Filner will be starting his two-week "behavior counseling" later today. I wonder how that'll go?

Dude doesn't even pass the Anthony Weiner standard for consensual sex....

I mean, sure Anthony spammed women with peen pics, but he didn't lick their faces and try to saliva paste them onto their cheeks.
