KFC stuff in general is salty even by fast food standards. Haven't had it in about 4 years, but the last time I did I remember being appalled at how dehydrated I felt for hours afterwards - and I'm a pretty ridiculous salt consumer honestly.

Oh it's terrible. Salt sandwich.

Delicious, delicious salt.

(KFC is one of those things I get insane cravings for about twice a year. More if they've got the seasonal extra-spicy chicken on the menu and I drive past one. It's bad for me, but so are many things, and I can afford a little bad stuff.)

I had one, it was almost inedible, and KFC is my sometimes food of choice.
