Apparently, youtube embedding isn't happy.

Yeah, it seems to be broken today.

I had some serious issues with it earlier. I had to resort to the "old embed code" to make it work.

Oh yeah. Jesus was just sooo obsessed with gay marriage. That's why, you know, so much of the Gospels are about that.

Fuckin' nitwit, indeed.

Every one of his posts on Facebook is chock full of disingenuous dreck and hyperbole. All of a sudden, after the (D) is elected and doing the same shit as the previous guy, he no longer recognizes "his country." He's essentially a southern Baptist version of Glenn Beck these days.

"Jesus wept," is the shortest verse in the Bible. In context, it describes his reaction to events that would happen the following day - which is to say, when he'd become a victim of unjust arrest, mistreatment and capital punishment at the hands of religious fanatics of his time.

It could in no way accurately describe any sort of reaction on the part of Jesus now, since the Bible clearly notes that - as with women's baseball - there is no crying in Heaven. Not a single tear. Ever. Nor is there any unhappiness or lack of joy there.

Huckabee is a minister when he isn't dabbling in politics, he certainly believes that Jesus currently sits at the right hand of God, in Heaven.

Unless Jesus was on a road trip somewhere on Wednesday and not in Heaven when the DOMA and Prop 8 decisions were handed down, he certainly did not weep.
