If you watched the whole episode it was pretty much a pro-legalize prostitution episode. Not sure how that really works into the conservative agenda. It dogged on acorn yes, but also the cops, and the asshole types of pimps.
One of the things that works about this show is that they're not partisan, they're make fun out of anyone and any ideology. They also do not identify as conservative any more than liberal. They've said that they hate both.

Nope. I know that those guys like to say that they hate all, but I have watched every episode of every season and they mock dems again and again and again and any time they put a conservative on they phone it in.
Stone sums up their views with the comment "I hate conservatives, but I really fucking hate liberals."[3]

You notice that also includes that statement 'I hate conservatives' right?
From the interview I linked to, it looks like they don't like to identify any particular way. Meanwhile, episodes have had social and political messages that aren't very conservative.
Did you notice that you basically repeated what you said before?
OK, my last two cents on the topic. I know what they say, I know how they describe themselves, it does not mean crap. If you list the political leaning of those they mock it is 99% liberals.
Except that none of what you're saying is actually true and a couple of links to the ideological identification of other people who happen to watch the show doesn't mean anything.
South Park hasn't been funny in years. Family Guy and the Simpsons (even now) are far funnier. It seems South Park just likes to hit at anybody regardless of whether they really deserve it or not. They have no aim, they just like to snipe at everybody to piss people off.
Upon watching the clip, it is clear these guys have never been to an ACORN office as they do not wear suits and their shoe string budget makes their offices look like total crap to be honest and not at all like this.
It's funny because people are offended at how ACORN is depicted because the interviewer says no but then the director wanted to keep his getting hookers secret.

Show definitely cuts both ways.
