When I die I hope my death certificate says "cause of death no health insurrance" just so I can believe the bull I've been sold.

For every 1000 people in the US 8.27 died last year (2008). My calculation is 300,000,000 divided by 1,000 times 8.27 comes to 2,400,000. If 45,000 of those died due to lack of health insurance. Does that mean the other 2,355,000 died with health insurance?
