There's a difference between posting a cartoon with a differing point-of-view and posting something simply to start shit. Is "Tori" really a Birther? If so, then yes it's simply a different point of view. But I'll give him (her?) the benefit of the doubt and assume they're not a lunatic conspiracy theorist. In which case, yes it is trolling to post a Birther entry and a really bad, lazy one at that.

I tend to agree, but there is a nuance: it's not always easy to tell one from another. When I post something I usually have both goals in mind.
