It's a toughie because the term itself (correct me if I'm wrong here) refers to illegal sex of an often gay nature. It's hard to unpack all that in a one-word response.
Wittgenstein once wrote a tract on the 'higher sodomy' for the Cambridge 'Apostles' (Wittgenstein was gay, and he differentiated between the two sodomies).
Well, I could have said he was a hospital porter. But it doesn't have the same ring when talking about fellatio....a hospital porter once wrote about cock-sucking....(there's a limerick in there somewhere).
