#1: You don't require ID for a car, you're required to prove that you can safely operate a vehicle when challenged. That proof happens to double as ID.

#2: The nonexistent ones? The fake issue, that never happens, that even if it *did* happen would be the least efficient and most dangerous form of voter fraud, but, I point out again, IS NOT HAPPENING AND HAS NEVER HAPPENED? That's the problem you're complaining about?
