i dissaprove of the governments handling of the hurricane, but not so much bush's.

he takes too much credit when things go well and takes too much blame when things go bad.

as for the funding, i dont really know enough about how it would be spent to reply in a well thought out manner, but i find it hard to believe they could have prevented all of what happened.
