But whether Israel would have acted criminally and seized more land, even in the face of an accepting and peaceful Palestinian government and people, just because "every strong group in history" has done so is at least conjectural. The Palestinians did not accept Israel from the beginning and they showed marvelous continuity in continuing to attack Israel.
