Tennessee had some crap law on their books where they had State Tax Stamps for illegal drugs and if drugs were seized and there was no stamp, they were charged with tax evasion as well as trafficking, etc.

Higher courts threw it out. As if coke and heroin dealers would be paying for tax stamps for drugs.
