It probably won't be that difficult to get a warrant.
It's just an extra round of paperwork, I imagine,
but it is good to keep the police in mind that there is
a legal due process - having little speed bumps
in the administration of criminal justice.

The Court has been a little impressive lately,
giving some decisions that suggest it is not
merely a right-wing machine, but I suspect
we have some whoppers coming soon.
