Agreed. HuffPo's slide into quackery in its health coverage has made me more suspicious of its coverage site-wide.

Agreed, there has been a surplus of complete and utter bullshit on HuffPo recently, and not just in medicine.

And all have a political bias. That is also important to realize.

I think we can all agree that there should be a difference between "political bias" and "outright agenda-driven mission."

The only difference is a matter of degrees.

theres having a bias and then there is the rejection of facts in favor of whatever pet theory is of non-facts will get the highest ratings.....

I understand what you're saying but what UI'm saying is I refuse to settle for 'a little bias'. It's either 'zero bias in journalism or GTFO' in my book.

Step 1: Report the facts and only the facts as they are known
Step 2: Keep personal opinions and thoughts to yourself when engaged in #1.

I think what is moire accurate is to say, "there's no way to get zero bias when ratings are involved"
