It depends on the individual.

I wasn't really being serious when I said it. IDGAF whether someone has (consensual) sex or not if I'm not involved.

Putting aside the individual case of senshifan, this would seem to vary a lot by individual persons.

Obviously, abstaining from sex is not likely to be hard for an asexual person.

Even excluding asexual persons, the strength of people's sex drive is variable.
