12 months for not believing displaying a plaque proclaiming your belief. Go Kentucky!

it seems however that the 12 month penalty is for not posting the plaque, not for not believing

it seems, by my read, that the law only requires action from the states DHS office people, and not everyone.

the OP implies if i walk down the street proclaiming my atheism they can arrest me.
the articles do NOT imply that.

obviously i still disagree with the law, but proclaiming every atheist is commiting a crime is wrong

its a govt office thats forced to put up a plaque, not jailing all atheists

again, law is wrong, but be correct in how ya frame it? boy who cried wolf and all
