A little humorous for us
At some point, the American public is going to revolt against the nanny state and the leftward march of this president. I don’t know when the tipping point will come, but I believe it will come soon.
Why?
Because the left wants: The government to explode; to pay everyone; to hire everyone; they believe that money grows on trees; the earth is flat; the industrial age, factory-style government is a cool new thing; debts don’t have to be repaid; people of faith are ignorant and uneducated; unborn babies don’t matter; pornography is fine; traditional marriage is discriminatory; 32 oz. sodas are evil; red meat should be rationed; rich people are evil unless they are from Hollywood or are liberal Democrats; the Israelis are unreasonable; trans-fat must be stopped; kids trapped in failing schools should be patient; wild weather is a new thing; moral standards are passé; government run health care is high quality; the IRS should violate our constitutional rights; reporters should be spied on; Benghazi was handled well; the Second Amendment is outdated; and the First one has some problems too.
Their philosophy does not work and it got our nation into the mess it’s in.
Eventually Americans will rise up against this new era of big government and this new reign of politically correct terror. In the meantime Republicans — hold fast, get smarter, get disciplined, get on offense, and put on your big boy pants.

Actually, that's exactly what the Republicans need to do. Obama didn't win the last election because we liberals think he's doing an incredible job, he won it because the alternative looked even scarier.

Those are the reasons I can never be a republican. I'm all for small government... but not in the places they want it to be. I'm all for reducing government spending too... but not in the areas they want it reduced in.

Correction, I believe trees are priceless - or they should be. Sorta the opposite of Ronald Regan (http://rationalwiki.org/wiki/Trees_cause_pollution).

to pay everyone; No.
to hire everyone; No.
they believe that money grows on trees; No.
the earth is flat; that's the other party, bucko.
the industrial age, factory-style government is a cool new thing; The what?
debts don’t have to be repaid; Oh, the irony. The Iraq war would like a word.
people of faith are ignorant and uneducated; No; but ignorant and uneducated people are sometimes also religious.
unborn babies don’t matter; As the father of two IVF children, I find this amazingly insulting. Our children are absolutely wanted. That doesn't mean, however, that I think that women should not have control of their own bodies, or that fetuses are babies.
pornography is fine; Yep. Love the stuff. Don't like it? Don't peruse it.
traditional marriage is discriminatory; Yes. Also, "traditional" biblical marriage bears little to no resemblance to monogamous hetero sexual marriage is today.
32 oz. sodas are evil; No, but the government has a vested interest in helping people be healthy. No one is prevented from drinking 32 oz of soda in a sitting. Some companies in some cities are prevented from selling that size.
red meat should be rationed; You'll take my bacon from my cold dead hands, motherfucker.
rich people are evil unless they are from Hollywood or are liberal Democrats; No. What? This makes no fucking sense. Rich people who insist that they're being taken unfair advantage of because they're asked to pay 3% more in taxes are STUPID and UNREASONABLE.
the Israelis are unreasonable; Some Israeli government policies are unreasonable.
trans-fat must be stopped; As with soda, the government has a vested interest in helping people be healthy.
kids trapped in failing schools should be patient; Education needs to have it's funding model completely revamped and religious fundamentalists should not be allowed to control curricula.
wild weather is a new thing; No, global climate change has been a reality for quite some time.
moral standards are passé; Apply your fucking morals to your fucking self. An' it harm none, do what you will.
government run health care is high quality; Yes. It is. Medicare and Medicaid consistently get high marks for customer satisfaction, and cost less than private health insurance.
the IRS should violate our constitutional rights; No. Being taxed is not a violation of your constitutional rights.
reporters should be spied on; No.
Benghazi was handled well; No, but it also isn't a conspiracy coverup.
the Second Amendment is outdated; The Second Amendment is constantly misinterpreted, and does not exclude any firearms regulation whatsoever.
and the First one has some problems too. Money isn't speech and corporations aren't people.
What amazes me is that this fucking moron is STILL a leading candidate for the GOP nomination. When he said that the GOP needs to stop being the stupid party, he should have included himself.
