Sharing the land, i.e. taking it from owner without compensation, is prohibited by Fifth Amendment. And again, the guy from video didn't mention this option. You may think that he thinks so but words "We didn’t invite none of you here" don't mean "Everybody is welcome". It means quite opposite idea.
