Poe's Law is EVERYWHERE!

Like bobbleheads, Seattle sports fans? Try Free Compost Night!

Not just any compost, mind you, but small bags of compost made from food waste, packaging material, drink cups, utensils and other stuff discarded during past Mariners games and transformed into a garden-friendly mix by Cedar Grove Composting.

LOL Seattle!

Only "leftards" garden? If not, are you saying that conservatives don't understand how soil quality greatly effects the yield, appearance, and overall health of plants?

Compost & soil are just facts of gardening. Protip: If you even have a store bought flower pot or grass on a yard, you have some percentage of compost on your property right now. GASP. SHOCK. HORROR!

I'm puzzled by this too, I thought that a libertarian society would want to know how to farm. If you want everyone to fend for themselves for food and other things but aren't afraid of getting a little dirty then I just don't know what to say...

I guess only foraging in the wild is the libertarian way, or conservatives are anti-vegetation as a whole. I've always thought libertarianism was childish, but if this boils down to "poop is gross, veggies are gross, ewwww dirt!", then it's even worse than I thought.

Sad to think they'd be the first to die off in their own utopia.

I blame the internet, it's made us soft and overconfident at the same time.
