you make the mistake of thinking that because one part of the process has been damaged, that none of it works, just like you make the mistake of thinking that when people who don't want government to work are in charge of it, they're not complicit when government fucks up.
Obviously, reform is needed. BETTER regulation. But that doesn't automatically mean "no" regulation.
