i don't watch him either. but it's hard to dodge some of his more bizarre quotes. (among them, that woodrow wilson was the most evil president, or man, or something, ever. remember, they had that dime with that symbol on it!)
That's why I read blogs and watch shows like the Daily Show and Olbermann, they watch this garbage so I don't have to and distill out only the juiciest nuggets of lol worthy material.
