Staving off chaos is a fairly good approximation to keeping the peace. And everyone's on board now, or if not quite everyone, at least a more inter-cooperative United Nations. Which is another win, I feel.
This. "peace keeping" troops are a legitimate claim. Right now Paksitan only wants to bomb the shit outta India, but should it go completely under marshal law like its northwest frontier, theres no telling what will happen.
