Has the Nobel Peace Prize ever meant anything? I seem to remember being a kid and seeing it given to Desmond Tutu. But in the last few years, it's had nothing to do with peace or even achievement.

Apparently no, but the Nobel Peace Prize is given for what you have done, not what you are going to do.
