I do tend to find that white people who acknowledge that racial prejudice is insideous has to some extent affected their behaviour and thoughts and acknowledge that they have 'white privilege' do tend to be less racist than people who just outright deny that racism has anything to do with them.
kinda like how straight people who are completely comfortable with gay people being teachers, parents, legislators, soldiers, and getting married tend to be a lot less gay than your average tight-assed, wide-stanced republican in a public bathroom stall.
