I was reading some online local news. One was an article interview with a doctor recommending that people get enough sleep.

There was a single reply to the article:

On an article about getting enough sleep. This is Oklahoma.

Sen. Buchy, a Republican from OH, while being interviewed about one of the laws he is co-sponsoring, states that his ultimate goal is to make all abortions illegal. The question asked of him after that apparently scrambles his brains. The irony, it burns.

If you look really closely, you can almost see what little bit of a brain he's got leaking out of his ears.

Here's a thought - maybe you shouldn't use the power of public office to legislate against things you admit you don't understand and blatantly admit that you've never given thought to?

Bill Maher dedicated his final New Rule of the night to Internet trolls who seemingly have nothing better to do than spewing racism and telling Cheesecake Factory to fuck off. Maher was spurred by the outpouring of unbelievably racist backlash to an Indian-American woman being crowned Miss America. He described the hatred as so overblown, so offensive, "you'd have thought that President Obama had just made a reasonable remark." NSFW language in the audio.

Michele Bachmann Claims Obamacare Will ‘Literally’ Kill Women, Is Literally an Idiot

"Let's repeal this failure before it literally kills women, kills children, kills senior citizens," Bachmann said on the House floor. "Let's not do that. Let's love people. Let's care about people. Let's repeal it now while we can." She also accused Obama of wanting the government to take over health care. "What he demanded and insisted upon is that the government have 100 percent control over health care," Bachmann said.

I'm scared that somehow Bachmann and Palin will combine to form a Voltron of unstoppably inaccurate and lying statements.

The ignorance is astounding. Congrats, Mr. Beck.

Just like Glenn Beck I, a New Yorker who worked across the street from the WTC and was there that morning, can remember how on 9/12/2001, countless thousands of Americans stood on line to donate blood or give back in some way or just console their neighbors Democrats agreed to lay down for President Bush for at least 5-6 years thousands of angry racists descended upon DC to insist the U.S. government is run by Nazis.

Let's take a look at some of these 9/12 patriots who came to our nation's capital to make an intelligent argument regarding important policy matters-
